1. Subscription Payments
DealX India offers paid subscription plans for sellers to unlock premium platform features such as viewing buyer contact details and managing enquiries.

2. No Automatic Refunds
Once a subscription is activated, the amount paid is generally non-refundable. This is because digital access to platform features is granted immediately after payment.
3. Exceptional Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:- Technical failure during payment where subscription was not activated
- Duplicate payment for the same subscription
- System error caused by DealX India

5. Refund Processing Time

6. Subscription Cancellation
Sellers may cancel future renewals at any time. However, cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current active period.
7. Platform Role Disclaimer
DealX India is a B2B marketplace platform and does not participate in transactions between buyers and sellers. Refunds related to product purchases or business agreements must be handled directly between buyers and sellers.
