DealX India is a B2B marketplace platform that connects buyers with verified sellers, manufacturers, wholesalers, and service providers. DealX India acts only as a technology platform and does not manufacture, stock, or sell products directly.

2. User Eligibility
By using DealX India, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
- Information provided by you is accurate and complete.
DealX India reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.
3. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers agree to:
- Provide accurate enquiry details.
- Use the platform only for genuine business purposes.
- Not misuse seller contact information.
- Not submit fake or malicious enquiries.
DealX India is not responsible for transactions or agreements made directly between buyers and sellers.
4. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers agree to:
- Provide valid business documents when requested.
- Upload only genuine products/services.
- Ensure pricing, descriptions, and availability are accurate.
- Comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations.
- Fulfil buyer commitments independently.
DealX India reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove sellers or products at its sole discretion.
5. Subscription Plans
Certain seller features (such as viewing buyer contact details) require an active subscription.
- Subscription fees are non-transferable.
- Access to premium features is enabled only after successful payment.
- Subscription validity is strictly based on the selected plan period.
DealX India may modify pricing or plans at any time with prior notice.
6. Payments (Future Integration with Razorpay)
Payments on DealX India will be processed via Razorpay, a secure third-party payment gateway.
By making payments, you agree to Razorpay’s terms and policies in addition to DealX India’s.
Key points:
- DealX India does not store card or banking details.
- All transactions are encrypted and handled by Razorpay.
- Failed or incomplete payments will not activate subscriptions.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once activated.
- Refunds may be considered only in exceptional technical failure cases.
- Any approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
DealX India reserves full authority on refund decisions.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users must NOT:
- List illegal, counterfeit, or restricted products.
- Harass or spam other users.
- Attempt to bypass subscription enforcement.
- Upload misleading content.
- Reverse engineer or abuse the platform.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
9. Platform Role Disclaimer
DealX India:
- Is not a party to buyer–seller transactions.
- Does not guarantee product quality, delivery, or payment settlement between users.
- Is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.
Users transact at their own risk.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
DealX India may suspend or terminate accounts without notice if:
- Fraud is detected.
- Policies are violated.
- Legal risks arise.
11. Limitation of Liability
DealX India shall not be liable for:
- Business losses
- Data loss
- Missed opportunities
- Indirect or consequential damages
Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.
12. Privacy
User data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
13. Changes to Terms
DealX India reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under Indian jurisdiction.
